Boxed Warning — Hepatotoxicity and Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: Filspari can cause liver injury; liver enzymes and bilirubin should be checked before starting treatment and every 3 months during treatment. Filspari is contraindicated in pregnancy, as it may cause fetal harm.
