• Elevated adrenal hormone precursors: Isturisa can increase levels of other adrenal hormone precursors, which may cause hypokalemia, edema, or hypertension.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: Isturisa can cause fetal harm. Effective contraception is recommended during treatment.
